This page exists so you can tell how old the information you are reading is. Every entry is something that actually happened, dated the day it happened. We do not publish news about the agent that we cannot see for ourselves, and we do not backfill a changelog to look busy.
Facts on this site carry a review date. When a source page changes, the entry here says so.
HubbuyCN says it has moved to a new platform called Hubbuy
An announcement sits on the HubbuyCN homepage, dated 2026-8-28 by the operator. It states that HubbuyCN "has been fully upgraded to a brand-new platform, Hubbuy", that account migration had to be completed "before September 30, 2026", and that "Starting October 1, 2026, HubbuyCN will officially cease platform services and close the account migration portal". It adds that all subsequent shopping, order, package and international forwarding services "will be handled by the new Hubbuy platform".
We read that on 10 October 2026, which is after the date in it. What we can confirm from outside an account: hubbuycn.com still serves its pages, the help centre articles quoted throughout this guide still load, and the header now carries a Switch hubbuy button. hubbuy.com resolves and renders a working agent site, with the same 300 day storage window, the same support hours of 09:00 to 18:30 Beijing time, and the same WhatsApp number. Its business address is still [email protected], which is the clearest sign the two are one operator rather than two companies.
The historical announcement concerns account migration and service availability. Before adding funds or placing a new order, open the current official announcement and confirm the active service portal with support. This guide has not tested an authenticated purchase on either platform.

We read the HubbuyCN help centre in full and recorded what each page says about fees, storage, inspection, customs, receiving and compensation. Every claim in this guide traces back to that reading, and each page names its source.
Use the current help navigation if an older official link has moved. Confirm the policy before acting on a recorded fee or deadline.
What the official banners were advertising
On the day we captured the home page, HubbuyCN was running three promotional banners: a new user guide, an invitation to its Discord, and a site upgrade campaign offering shipping coupons.
We are describing them rather than quoting the amounts, deliberately. The three banners carried three different coupon figures on the same day, which is what a campaign value looks like. Any number you see on a banner is true for that banner on that day and nothing more.

What the promotional banners actually are
HubbuyCN rotates campaign banners on its home page: a new user guide, the Discord invitation, and periodic site upgrade offers with shipping coupons attached. They are real, they are official, and the amounts on them are not stable.
One detail worth knowing if you are matching artwork to brands: the phone held by the mascot on the new user guide banner carries a different group brand mark, because the operator reuses artwork across its properties. It is an official image either way, but it is not a screenshot of the HubbuyCN interface.
How we decide something is worth an entry
Three tests. Did it actually happen, can we point at where we saw it, and does it change what a reader should do. A coupon campaign passes the first two and fails the third, which is why it is described here rather than announced on the home page.
Policy changes pass all three, and those are the ones we watch for: storage windows, inspection scope, the customs reference page and the fee structure. Those four are re-read on a schedule rather than when we happen to notice.
Current offers and community evidence
Reviewed 11 October 2026. The public HubbuyCN homepage still exposes buying, QC, storage and shipping information. That does not confirm whether an existing account can transact after the recorded migration notice. Confirm account instructions directly before funding an order.
No active coupon value or independently verified, dated community order case is confirmed here. The campaign artwork above is historical, and one shopper’s result would not establish a route-wide promise.
