What is HubbuyCN?
Most Chinese marketplaces sell inside China only. They want a Chinese account, a Chinese payment method and a Chinese delivery address. An agent supplies all three. HubbuyCN buys the item for you, has the seller send it to a warehouse in Huizhou, Guangdong, checks it, holds it while you decide, and then ships it out under one waybill. Its own slogan for this is buy from China, business from China.
The company behind it is HK HUBBUYCN LIMITED, registered in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong, with the licence number published in the site footer. Customer service runs 09:00 to 18:30 Beijing time, seven days a week, by email and WhatsApp.

How to use the Sheet and start a HubbuyCN order
The confusing part of a first order is not the shipping. It is that HubbuyCN accepts an item three different ways, and nobody tells you which one you are supposed to use. If you have nothing but an idea, you search inside the site. If you have a link, you paste it. If you already bought the thing yourself, none of that applies and you use forwarding instead.
The three doors differ in what you hand over and what you still owe. After the warehouse takes delivery they merge into one road, and every parcel goes through the same inspection, storage and consolidation.
From the warehouse to your door
These five stages are the same whichever door you came in through. The official site describes the same sequence in nine steps, which is the same road with the payment moments split out.
The seller ships to the warehouse
Domestic delivery inside China, usually the fastest leg of the whole trip. The item is checked in against your order.
It is weighed, measured and photographed
The warehouse records weight and volume and takes photos. The free check looks at model, style and size. It is not an authenticity test, and sealed goods are not opened.
It waits for you
Storage is free for 300 days from the moment an item goes into storage, with a reminder email at day 270, according to the official storage page. That window is what makes waiting for a slow seller cheap.
You submit a waybill
You pick which items go in the box, choose a route and pay the international freight. Items from different orders can travel together.
It flies, then clears customs
Packed, reinforced, weighed and sent. What happens at your border is set by your country, not by the agent.
