Frequently asked questions, answered without hedging
These are the questions that come up before a first order. Where an answer depends on a number that changes, we say so and point at the page that holds it.
Do I need an account to look around?
No. You can browse listings, price an order and read every official policy page without registering. An account is needed at the point of payment.
Is the HubbuyCN Spreadsheet a file I download?
No. It is a website of product cards you browse by category. Each card carries a picture, a name, the marketplace the seller is on, and one link. The name comes from a habit years ago of swapping links in shared files, and the habit is gone but the word stayed.
How much will shipping cost?
We will not guess, because the answer moves with weight, route and destination. HubbuyCN has a Freight Calculation entry in its main menu, but it asked us to sign in when we opened it on 1 August 2026, so budget for making an account before you can see a number.
How long does the whole thing take?
Two variable stretches: the seller getting the item to the warehouse, and the international leg you choose. Neither is published as a promise, and any site that gives you a firm number for both is making it up.
Does HubbuyCN check that an item is genuine?
No. The official inspection rules describe an appearance check on model, style and size, with photos. Sealed goods are not opened, and checks on appliances, digital goods and electronics do not cover authenticity, function or quality.
Can I combine items bought at different times?
Yes. That is the point of the warehouse. The official site describes combining products from multiple sellers into one package, and storage runs free for 300 days from the moment an item goes into storage, per the storage page.
I already bought something in China. Can HubbuyCN ship it?
Yes, through forwarding. You post it to the warehouse address on the official forwarding page and submit the courier and tracking details. The page states that five quality check photos are included. Submit the form the same day you post it.
What payment methods work from my country?
The payment screen lists a balance option, PayPal, a card channel, Google Pay, two PIX channels for Brazil and a crypto channel, each with its own fee rate shown next to it. Settlement is in USD, so your bank may add a conversion.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Move fast. The receiving guidelines set a deadline in hours for problems found after a normal signature, and a short working day window with invoice and photographs if you were not present at delivery. The compensation page lists what is never covered.
Do you get paid if I order?
Yes. We are a partner of HubbuyCN and links to hubbuycn.com are partner links, which is how this guide is funded. It does not change what we write: the page above about when an agent is the wrong tool exists because talking someone out of a bad order is also useful.
Community
What the community is good for, and what it is not
HubbuyCN runs a Discord, advertised on its own home page banners alongside coupon promotions. Communities like it are genuinely useful for sizing advice, for spotting which sellers people are happy with, and for seeing real photos of items before you commit.
They are not useful as a source of policy. Storage windows, inspection scope and compensation rules come from the official pages, and a confident answer in a chat room is not a substitute. We have not linked an invite here because we have no permanent link we can verify, and a dead invite code is worse than none.
What we can and cannot help with
We are a guide, not the agent. We cannot see your order, change an address, chase a parcel, issue a refund or talk to the warehouse. Nobody here has access to any of that, and any site claiming otherwise about an agent it does not operate is worth closing.

A short glossary, because three abbreviations do most of the work
Almost all the shorthand in agent communities is about pictures. Four terms cover it, and the useful distinction is not what they mean but who is speaking when you see one: a warehouse with a published scope, or a stranger with an opinion about its output.
